Threat Warning Prime

By means of the Threat Warning Prime Panel together with the Threat Warning Auxillary Panel the threat definitions for the RWR are set. The Threat Warning Prime Panel, together with the Threat Warning Auxillary Panel, the RWR and the Chaff/Flare Panel belong to the EWS (Electronic Warface System) of the F-16. The Threat Warning Prime Panel is located on the center console.

Flash (green) A unknown signal has been detected and not displayed on RWR while the UNKNOWN mode is inactive
Off No unknown signal will be displayed on RWR
Ship (green) Increase the priority of naval threat signals
